Production Process

• You fill in our Online Quote/Order Form
• You send us any NDA forms, screen shots and any other information about the project
• We may call you via telephone in order to have a full understanding of your requirements
• You and we agree to scope, style, delivery, and price
• You will receive a mail notification from us with details of how to pay the deposit
• After receipt of deposit payment, we will start designing the icons
• We will produce 1-5 preliminary designs of each icon and email them to you for review
• You review and send us feedback via email
• We make the requested changes* from your feedback and send the revisions back to you again
• You approve icons and the chosen icons are converted to the appropriate file formats
• Generally at this time a request for the remaining balance is to be paid in full
• Final icons are emailed to you
• You put them in your software and the software is sold
• End-users get the most intuitive software experience of their lives!

*Note: Up to 3 changes generally allowed before extra billing commences
